Suhail & Anchor Charter Terms

Charters across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats range from 33 to 164 ft, with hourly rates from 600 AED to 18,900 AED including VAT. A minimum hire time of 2 hours applies to every booking. Dates are confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit; we do not hold charter slots without this payment. The remaining balance is cleared before departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. We assist with arrangements via WhatsApp chat between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily, answering within 15 minutes.

If bad weather prevents the vessel from sailing safely on your scheduled date, you have two direct options. We can move your charter to another mutually suitable date agreed in the chat, or issue a full refund of your payment. The choice between rescheduling and receiving a refund rests entirely with you. All scheduling adjustments, date transfers, and charter updates are managed through our WhatsApp chat, where our team responds within 15 minutes during operating hours from 9:00 to 23:00 GST daily.

Marine insurance is included in the charter price for every booking across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats. All operations are run under the direct supervision of a licensed captain and qualified crew members who manage vessel safety and navigation throughout the cruise. Standard inclusions cover marine fuel, safety life jackets, ice, soft drinks, and fresh towels for all guests. Optional extras such as transfers, jet skis, or sound systems do not affect standard insurance provisions included with your rental.

No passport or ID is required to board any vessel in our fleet. Maximum guest capacity reaches up to 90 people, depending on the boat selected. Guests may bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcoholic beverages, with zero corkage fees. Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional options such as catering, BBQ menus, DJ equipment, fishing tackle, and water sports can be arranged in advance via our chat.
