Suhail & Anchor manages charter operations directly from local Dubai berths. Every booking includes a fully licensed captain and crew, marine insurance, and complete fuel coverage for the scheduled route. We handle guest requests, vessel preparation, and onboard services without relying on third-party intermediaries. Guests communicate directly with our team to organize tailored arrangements, such as onboard catering, water sports equipment, event decor, or transport transfers. Operating daily from 9:00 to 23:00 GST, our team responds to all chat inquiries within 15 minutes to confirm availability, clear terms, and booking details.
Booking Terms and Service Standards
Dates are confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit; we do not hold dates without this payment. The remaining balance completes the booking. Guests can request additional services during reservation, including jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, fishing tackle, live DJs, photographers, and customized catering menus. Departure Points and Boarding Locations
All cruises depart from two primary maritime hubs: Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. The specific departure location depends on the selected vessel and is confirmed during the booking process. Boarding is straightforward, as no passport or ID is required to board the vessel. Each charter departs on schedule with the captain, crew, and pre-ordered extras ready upon arrival. If weather conditions prevent safe sailing on the scheduled day, guests hold the choice to select a new charter date or receive a full refund of their payment.
Fleet Specifications and Rental Parameters
Our fleet consists of 88 yachts and boats, ranging from 33 feet to 164 feet in length. Hourly rental rates start at 600 AED and go up to 18,900 AED, with all listed prices including VAT. Vessels accommodate varying group sizes, up to a maximum capacity of 90 guests on the largest craft. Minimum charter duration is 2 hours across the entire fleet. Standard charter inclusions feature soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Guests are also permitted to bring their own food and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on board without paying any corkage fees.
